In this episode of the Escape Diet Prison, I am joined by size-inclusive eating psychology coach Florence Gillet.
Florence helps chronic dieters and overeaters reclaim their freedom of body and mind in order to transform their lives. She specializes in working with women and mothers who wish to rise above unrealistic diet and beauty messages to embrace a size inclusive approach, for themselves and for their kids.
She also acts as a volunteer for the Middle East Eating Disorder Association and works in partnership with Dr Nicola Rinaldi (Author of ‘No Period, Now What?’) to help women with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea restoring their hormonal cycles and regaining their fertility naturally.
