In this episode of the Escape Diet Prison Podcast, I offer a glimpse behind the scenes of how we are dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic and how I can support you in these extreme times.

From meltdowns to immense gratitude to shame to joy, we’re going through a whirlwind of emotions and every single one of us has a unique experience and we need to make space for all of these emotions to express themselves. And I do mean, ALL fo them – the positive emotions, the expansive emotions, the happiness and love, just as much as sadness and fear.

If it feels super hard for you, please know that you are far from alone.

If you want to have some fun and just not think about the pandemic, it’s OK and you are not alone.

If it feels overwhelming, if you’re angry, scared, bitter or have the feeling that you cannot breathe, it’s OK. This is how it is right now.

If you feel like crap because you sobbed into your child’s arms, it’s OK. This is how it is right now.

If it’s all too much and you just want it to be the way it used to be, it’s OK. But, yeah, this is how it is right now.

All you can do, really, is take deep breaths, do what you can, be extremely compassionate toward yourself and your loved ones and practice tender, loving kindness whenever possible.

If it gets too hard, reach out. Resource. Don’t believe that you have to do this on your own.

I am making extra space in my calendar for a few more coaching sessions this week, so if you feel called to dig deep and find strategies that will help you to get through this tough time, finding your very own core of peace and living your life from that deep sense of safety and nurture, book your complimentary discovery call with me now: annesophie.us/discovery
