It’s sooo easy to be drawn back into the “a diet will fix it all” mindset when you feel a bit bloated or have been eating “more than usual”.
It’s sooo easy to completely freak out and believe that you’ll now never be able to stop eating, will hate your body even more and will be able to gain control over your appetite again.
It’s sooo easy then to start dieting and – once again – slide right back into your usual dieting ways.
But is that what you truly want?
Do you really believe that a diet will “fix” whatever is really causing the pain?
Do you really believe that this is the way to go?
