Do I have what it takes? That’s a question that’s been on my mind for months now and I’ve struggled with it a lot.
In this episode of Your Life Your Success, I share my doubts openly; my doubts about myself, my work and my relationships.
Do you have self-doubts? Do you struggle?
I think we all do in some way, but I truly believe that if we listened to ourselves, we’d find out what we need to be successful, what we need to feel like we’re measuring up and sometimes the answer may surprise you!

Awesome! Who doesn’t feel this way sometimes! I’m glad you’re out of this space. You are going to make however you define it on your own terms! Call me if you need a lift:) Also have an Ah-mazing time travelin’ the world. If you come to AZ stop in!
LOL I will, Tess. 🙂
I like how personal this podcast is… “we need to make the now more precious” – those are powerful important words. It is so hard and so important to accept that we may not end up where we thought we would, and that’s okay, we can end up even somewhere better.
I love that! Being open-minded, not being so focused on one certain outcome will make your life a lot easier. In the end, it really *is* about the now, the daily moments. If we can make those special and if we can accept that they may be completely different than anything we’d ever imagined, we can be happy. A friend of mine once told me: you know, the happiest time of my life was when I lived on a chicken farm with my husband. I never ever thought I’d end up on a farm, but those were the most amazing times of my life.
And she really is a business woman and hard to imagine on a farm. That just shows you the power of not standing in your own way of happiness…
Hi Anne-Sophie,
You speak confidently and with enthusiasm … I like that. Best wishes in your transformation. Believe that You are good enough!
Be good to yourself
David
Thank you, David.
Ok. Wow. Podcast #29 spoke to me like no other. Thank you for not stopping at #28 🙂 I needed you to be doing what you were doing over the past months. You helped me to get unstuck and to develop skills I never dreamt I had in the first place. You helped me to find hope through sharing your story and yourself. You never judged. You never turned away. This random encounter and subsequent friendship put me on a very different path and has affected me and my family so much. Never doubt that your journey and mine were meant to intersect when they did. Now I am so thrilled to know that you are following your passion and heart wherever it takes you. You are more than capable. You are more than enough. I cannot wait to see how enriching your soul in India will impact the world. The possibilities are endless!
You are the sweetest, Joanne. And I can honestly the same about you: getting to know you has changed me a lot. Thank you for all your trust, for your presence and your humor. You are amazing and I love you dearly. xxx
You are so right Anne-Sophie, everyone experiences doubts, and fears and confusion to some degree or another at some time or another in their life. I think it’s wonderful that you spoke about it so eloquently and from the heart – I know your willingness, your openness and your vulnerability and honesty have done exactly what you want, which is to help someone.
Personally the success I think that truly matters is our success as human beings, and you already have that in spades kiddo.
Now it’s time to spread your wings and fly. Because I’ve always found that when we ask ourselves the sort of questions you were asking, it’s because we’re ready to take another leap in our expansion.
Your new space awaits.
Love Elle
xoxo
I love that, Elle. Yes, I do hope that I’ve reached someone with my words and that someone out there finds encouragement and strength knowing we’re not alone in our fights. I so agree with you, I’m ready for a next step. Curious to see what’s ahead. 🙂 xxx
What a wonderful Podcast Anne-Sophie! I completely relate to what you were feeling and had to do a lot of soul work to bring me out of that rut as well. Thanks for all of your wonderful posts, videos and podcast. It’s very inspiring!
Thank you for stopping by to comment, Chivon. I’m glad to hear that you were able to do the soul work (even if it sucked) in order to move on and move forward with life. I think we grow every time we run into a wall of suck and emerge from it stronger and more confident. Hope to get to know you better in the coming weeks. xxx
