In this episode of Your Life Your Success, I am joined by the beautiful and inspiring Amy Clover of StrongInsideOut.com.

We talk about making yourself vulnerable, being honest, raw and open. Amy shares her story of struggle, depression and compulsive obsessive disorder. She talks about making an impact in other people’s lives and how it has changed her.

Amy is the founder of the 30×30 project, a way of celebrating her 30th birthday; a birthday she almost didn’t have. The project benefits the non-profit To Write Love on Her Arms.

Amy’s Mission in her own words:

I believe that every single one of us has a purpose here, and I am going to prove it to you.

My mission is to inspire you to discover how strong you truly are, inside and out. In fact, I’m touring the US and Canada to prove it.

A 30×30 workout is coming to a city near you. Come out and join me as we get fit, choose happiness, and strengthen ourselves from the inside out to show thousands who are struggling that they can, too!

The idea for the 30×30 Project came about at Chris Guillebeau’s World Domination Summit.

We continue to talk about comparing ourselves to others, wanting to be someone you’re not because you yearn to be loved, realizing your purpose in life, how to love yourself and so much more.
