Tapping into the wisdom of your body is one of the best moves you can ever make in your life.

Your body can help you when you feel stressed, lonely and confused.

It’s always there – to help you, nurture you, be your compass in the dark.

Your body can be your biggest tool.

Remember that becoming aware of your body and all the sensations involved in this process may take some time and patience.
