I often get asked how you can go from:
Oh god, I knew I shouldn’t have eaten this cookie the other day. I am so unbearably fat. I wish my stomach was as flat as the one of Heidi Klum. Why can’t I control myself? I hate my stomach.
to: Sometimes I can’t even fathom how perfect my stomach is. It is my own stomach, unique to me and nobody else. It’s formed just the way it is supposed to be and a perfect sign of health. I love it and without it, I wouldn’t be me. I am so grateful to have the stomach that I have.

On to, what do YOU do when you start to obsess over your jiggly thighs or your chubby cheeks? What helps you when you just can’t seem to shake that feeling of having a fat belly? Tell us in the comment section below!
my sweet anne…. you look totally adorable pregnant! It so agrees with you. This is the happiest you have ever looked in any of your videos…. naturally happy. I am so proud of you. Despite everything…. look where you are 🙂 and just remember to keep all negative thoughts pushed away… keep on the same trek as you are on now after the baby comes and you will have it made!! You will be such a wonderful role model for that little tyke!
Thanks for being my cheerleader, Karen. I have to agree, I truly feel and am happy and content; something’s that’s still unusual to me. What a ride this is.
Enjoy the ride…. this is one you want to enjoy… every step of the way. Each phase is one step closer to him or her… and each on precious in itself. My favorites were when they start to kick and roll around inside, and I would lay there and just play with my kids. They can hear your voice when you talk to them too. They remember it. It is so cool…So just remember as your body changes ( and your hunger does too…. LOL) what it is doing.. how amazing it is… allow yourself to see and accept that change as total and complete happiness and nothing else ever. Hormones go crazy as our bellies get bigger and babies grow… lol I swear they take what they need from us, leaving us cranky …. but remember.. what your body does is good. always. and afterward, what you hold in your arms is your reward for what your body has given you. You get the PRIZE . 🙂 I am so excited for the baby to be here. 🙂 are you going to be surprised? or find out ahead of time what you are having? let me guess… surprised. 😉
You are spot on. I don’t wanna know. 🙂
Congratulations on your pregnancy! You’ll be a wonderful mother 🙂
Thank you, Chivon. It’s an exciting time.
