How can I love myself if I look like this?
How can I love myself if I’m so imperfect?
How can I love myself if others don’t?
Believing that we can’t love ourselves or that we don’t deserve to is a belief most of us deal with every single day.
But just because we belief it, doesn’t make it true, right?
And the incredible truth is that it’s simply a lie that we feed ourselves in order to not connect with who we are, not own up to our potential and now shine the way we could.
So, today, I challenge you to ask yourself: why in the world can’t you love yourself? Why not?
Is there a real reason or is it all just bullshit that your mind is dreaming up?
I bet you, it is the latter.
Love yourself because you CAN.
