I’ve certainly had my share of comments from all kinds of people – most of them I didn’t even know.
It’s a fun sport for people out there to comment on women’s looks, their bodies and their weight. It’s “normal”, it’s what you do, but it’s also so so so destructive.
That’s why I’ve devoted this edition of Love Yourself Friday to helping you own your body again – because in the end, you’re body is your business only!
