Can’t resist junk food? There are millions of people out there who would probably tell you that junk food is baaad, morally corrupt, unhealthy.
The thing is: the dose makes the poison and even “junk food” (whatever that is, really) can be nourishing for your body, mind and soul.
There is no right or wrong when it comes to eating. There is no moral attached to eating a burger, a pizza or some crispy French fries. There is no good or bad.
Food is food.
Junk food is just that, a certain choice of food.
If you find yourself googling for terms like “ How can I stop eating junk food?” at 3am (after a powerful junk food binge), you will find plenty of “expert” advice telling you to simply put the food aside if you intend to have that “dream body” or be “healthy” for the first time in your life.
That has nothing to do with reality as you can be super unhealthy eating only salads and you can be healthy eating junk food now and then. And don’t even get me started on the “dream body”. That is nothing but a manufactured image to make you buy into the diet myth and keep on trying to restrict in order to lose weight, which – in the long run – damages your body and your mind.
Now that you are here, you will find a different perspective and a way out of feeling like you’re obsessed with eating junk food.
Maybe, after all, you are not?
Maybe, after all, you are simply a human who is eating food?
Or maybe you are out of control when it comes to junk food but it has actually nothing to do with the food itself at all.
It is totally possible for you to stop letting food have control over your life and regain your own sense of balance and peace of mind.
My programs, books and podcast will introduce you to different ways of letting go of the need to overeat and binge. It’s easy, it’s simple, and most importantly, it’s totally doable. The fact is there is nothing wrong with eating your favorite junk food.
