You will NOT escape diet Diet-Binge Cycle and create freedom from your obsession with food if you continue to do the following:
- you refuse to write and get familiar with your deepest thoughts
- you are still focused on weight loss as the main goal and can’t even allow your body to gain half a gram
- you are still weighing yourself
- you are still needing to control what you eat
- you refuse to accept pleasure from food
- you keep saying that you’ll have to go back to dieting now that you ate a bag of chocolates (because you’ll gain SO much weight otherwise)

you keep saying that tomorrow you’ll have to eat less
- you don’t believe that you’ll allow yourself to eat what you want every day
- you don’t trust yourself and the your words about being allowed to have ice-cream daily yet
- you still find excuses like “I’ll be soooo unhealthy if I continue to eat like this” (after about 2 hours on the No Diet Diet)
- you refuse to acknowledge that it’s really not about the food
- you don’t allow your emotions to arise (if you’re angry, scream, if you’re disappointed, cry)
- you hold your body to impossible standards

you just don’t really want to be free but only thin
If you’re doing this, it’s time to get honest with yourself and ask yourself if you are really willing to heal or if you’d rather continue to weight cycle and ruin your health and life for good.
