Keep in mind: Self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s the cornerstone of your sanity, and it’s what holds your family, your business, and your LIFE together. By nurturing yourself, you ensure your impact on the lives of others, and you allow yourself the chance to lead a life that’s boldly magnificent.
