A Little Bit About My Journey
My journey to food freedom and body trust wasn’t an easy one. I spent years trapped in cycles of dieting, disordered eating, and self-criticism, believing I wasn’t good enough until I changed my body. The turning point came when I realized the problem wasn’t my body—it was the rules and beliefs I’d been taught to follow.
Through my recovery, I learned to trust myself, reconnect with my body’s wisdom, and embrace my worth beyond numbers on a scale. These lessons became the foundation of my coaching. Today, I draw on my personal experience and professional expertise to help women like you break free from the same struggles and find their way to freedom and self-worth.
