Tired of feeling like food is ruling your life?

START NOW!

Hey beauty, let’s talk.
Are you the kinda woman who is:

Starting a new diet every week – Vegan? Paleo? Gluten-free? – and truly believe each time that you’ll “do better” and finally lose weight?

Hungry all the time (even though you also eat like, all the time)?

The girl who hides in photos because you’re “not skinny enough” yet?

Spending ALL your extra cash on trendy diet books and old (and new) workout DVDs?

Religiously counting calories, points, fat grams and all that to feel more in control and less overwhelmed?

Hating your body no matter how much weight you lose?

Constantly booking appointments with new specialists in hopes they’ll have the magic cure to your “weight problem”?

Living by very strict “food rules” (like “Chocolate is bad” and “Kale is good,” period)?

Feeling super hopeless and yet still convinced that if only you were thin...everything would be amazing?

If so, you’re not alone.
But you ARE stuck in a little something I called diet prison.
The good news? It’s time to break out.

Introducing Escape Diet Prison

A 1:1 coaching program for women ready to give up yo-yo dieting, overeating, restricting, binging and counting calories and start feeling fierce, sexy and energetic in their bodies (for real)

Escaping Diet Prison is a VIP coaching program for women who want to stop letting food rule their lives and feel rock-solid body confidence (possibly for the first time).

It’s a super customized 1:1 coaching program that’s all about digging deep and healing your food issues for real – and for good.

How Escaping Diet Prison Works (and What Makes It So Different):

During your Escape Diet Prison experience, we’re going to explore how food, weight and your body image has really affected your life, so expect a few gasps, tears and major a-has.

We’re going to dig into your true hungers. (True story: When you’re focused on hating your body, you are neglecting your real life. We’re going to find out what you’re actually hungry for and what you really want your life to look like.) We’re going to talk feelings and unearth inner truths…with a dose of quirky, fun humor. (We’re going to learn to delight in the vast amount of feelings we have without trying to numb ourselves with food, exercise, alcohol and body-shaming. This includes lots of [maybe sometimes inappropriate] laughs.) And we’re going to explore something I call scrumptious self care (which is just as delicious as it sounds) which will help you re-build body confidence and shed the negative beliefs you’ve developed over the years about who you are and what you deserve in this life.

In short, we’re going to write NEW rules for you around food, body image, self love and life in general.

By the end of our time together, you’ll feel not only comfortable, but confident, in your own skin…no matter how little or how much you eat or weigh. You’ll know how to listen to your own body and trust yourself around food (even the ones that usually send you spiraling). You’ll know how to truly connect with (and love) your body in ways you’ve never done before. And best of all? You’ll never feel the need to count a calorie…ever again.

LIFE AFTER ESCAPING DIET PRISON LOOKS A BIT LIKE THIS:

Waking up feeling normal, safe and comfortable in your body. Picking out a fantastic (and flattering) floral dress, glancing in the mirror and thinking, “Yep. Still got it.” Whipping up a breakfast you love (without agonizing over calories or points). Saying “yes” to lunch with your co-workers without freaking out, and ordering anything you want off the menu without guilt or shame (whether it includes a side of bread or not). Enjoying a mid-day snack that’s just the right size. Working late to finish that project you love because you know it’s not the end of the world to skip the gym every once in awhile – or maybe leaving early to take your kids to the park or the movies. (Who cares if there might be popcorn or the ice cream? Not you!) Coming home to snuggle (and then some 😉 )with your husband without feeling self conscious about your stomach. And rolling out of bed the next day stoked to do it all again.

In short? Life after escaping diet prison looks like living life for you, instead of living for food.

Hi, I’m Anne-Sophie Reinhardt, creator of Escape Diet Prison, and I created this program because for over 14 years I struggled with dieting, weight, food and all kinds of disordered eating.

Nope, I’m no stranger to the life of binging, purging, yo-yo dieting, thinking about food 24/7, hating my body and tapping my ballet-flat-adorned foot impatiently for life to start once I hit a certain weight (because clearly I was only valuable and capable if I was thin).

I know how it is to battle with constant thoughts about food and try insane diets (and then beat yourself up for cheating on them after a day). And I know how it is to feel ashamed and unworthy no matter how much or how little weight you actually lose (trust me, at one point I was only 70 lbs. and still loathed my body. How’s that for irony?)

I get it.

And yet, I’m here today to tell you that you do NOT have to keep living this way.

It took me decades to realize I was a worthy (and frankly, pretty awesome) whether I was super skinny and toned – or not. But when I let go of these beliefs and changed the way I related to food, I began to experience a quality of life I never thought possible.

Through my own recovery with coaching and therapy and connecting with thousands of women in the online disordered eating world, I realized one HUGE thing: DIETS DON’T WORK.

Seriously: Did you know 99% of all people who’ve lost diet on a weight loss diet gain their weight (or more) back within a year?

So if you’ve never been able to lose weight with diets it’s not about willpower or lack of commitment. It’s that diets aren’t sustainable.

And dieting has never been the answer to healing your hatred of your body.

Here’s the thing: Dieting (and the weird behaviors you develop around dieting) are what make you unhealthy. And call me crazy (which hey, I’m cool with 😉 ) the truth is your issues with food – whether it’s binging, dieting like a madwoman or stuffing yourself til you can’t stuff anymore – are actually your doorways to healing.

You’re NOT wrong for struggling with this stuff!

These issues have brought you here, and now you have a chance to you explore who you are, what you want and how to get there in a way other people might never.

And the truth is, right now you don’t even know how amazing life can get once you stop focusing on food, and start focusing on everything else in your one wonderful life.

Focusing all your time, energy, thoughts and money on diets and weight loss isn’t sexy. But feeling strong, fierce and totally comfortable in your body? Now THAT’S hot.

And the best part? It’s never too late or too early to start. You CAN get your sanity back around food, stop basing your worth as a person on your weight and start living a life you love (again).

Trust me. 😉

Ready to stop letting food keep you on the sidelines and get back into the game?
