I believe that disembodiment and and the constant need to be everything to everyone is what’s wrong with our world.

If you’re always running a tape of self-doubt, always trying to make yourself something you aren’t it and are too busy worrying about all the things that could go wrong, you’re constantly suffering, hurting and just not being yourself.

I know, I used to feel that way – and I still do at times. Embodiment takes constant practice and it is a way of life rather than a way of one day.
